At the same time, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies have revolutionized presentation methods, transforming them from static visuals into immersive, interactive experiences. Clients can now virtually walk through their future spaces, modify colors and materials in real time, and make informed decisions before actual implementation—significantly reducing the cost and need for later modifications. The article also highlights the concept of the Digital Twin, where a virtual replica of a physical space is created and connected to smart sensors (IoT). These systems monitor real-time data such as human movement, temperature, and energy consumption, enabling designers to refine and optimize their designs based on actual performance data. Despite these advancements, an important philosophical question emerges regarding the authenticity of design: can machines truly replicate human emotion and the creative spirit embedded in design? The future lies in a symbiotic collaboration between human creativity and machine intelligence, where technology handles complex calculations and repetitive tasks, allowing designers to focus on artistic innovation and the psychological dimension of space. Ultimately, this integration defines the future of design—where technological efficiency meets human creativity.
