As part of its ongoing efforts to expand scientific partnerships and strengthen its academic presence regionally and internationally, Al-Mustaqbal University held a virtual meeting via closed-circuit television with Al-Azhar University in the Arab Republic of Egypt to discuss prospects for joint cooperation in several academic and scientific fields of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdy, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, in addition to several department directors from the university presidency. From Al-Azhar University, a distinguished group of officials and specialized academics also participated.
During the meeting, a presentation was delivered introducing Al-Mustaqbal University and highlighting its most prominent achievements in scientific research, the development of the educational environment, and the enhancement of academic standards. The presentation also reviewed the university’s Arab and international partnerships, as well as its advanced position in both global and local rankings.
Both sides further discussed mechanisms for activating future cooperation, including academic exchange programs, joint scientific research, the organization of conferences and scientific events, and the exchange of academic and administrative expertise in ways that support the progress of higher education in both brotherly countries.
This meeting comes within the framework of Al-Mustaqbal University’s strategy aimed at building solid partnerships with prestigious universities, thereby enhancing the quality of education, advancing academic and research performance, and supporting its journey toward leadership and excellence at both the regional and international levels.
