As part of the Sustainability Week activities held at the College of Engineering, Al-Mustaqbal University on April 12, 2026, the Civil Engineering Department participated prominently through several students and faculty members who presented a collection of modern and sustainable engineering projects that reflected creativity and innovation in developing practical solutions to serve both the environment and society. The department’s exhibition attracted a large number of visitors from inside and outside the university, who explored the displayed projects and listened to the students’ presentations about their engineering ideas aimed at promoting sustainability concepts and developing infrastructure using modern, environmentally friendly approaches. This participation reflects the Civil Engineering Department’s commitment to fostering a culture of sustainability and encouraging students to apply their academic knowledge to innovative projects that contribute to community service and the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
