As part of the College of Administrative Sciences’ commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to supporting continuous professional development and enhancing the competencies of its academic staff, a number of faculty members have successfully completed a series of accredited ministerial training courses offered through the EDUBA electronic platform of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. These courses are designed to develop academic and research capabilities and keep participants informed of the latest developments in higher education and scientific publishing. Faculty members from various departments of the college participated in these training programs, which covered a wide range of scientific and academic topics, including the Bologna Process in Iraqi Universities, strategies for enhancing the H-Index, criteria for selecting reputable scientific journals, standards for accredited scientific publishing, principles of writing and publishing review articles, and methodologies for preparing scientific research from the perspective of a scientific reviewer. This participation aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to promote a culture of lifelong learning and to develop the academic and research skills of faculty members, thereby contributing to the enhancement of higher education quality and the advancement of scientific research outcomes in accordance with internationally recognized standards. The Deanship of the College of Administrative Sciences emphasized that investing in the professional development of faculty members represents one of the fundamental pillars for improving academic and research performance. The College further noted that such training programs contribute to strengthening the culture of high-quality scientific publishing, increasing research productivity, and enhancing professional expertise, all of which positively impact students and the educational process.
