As part of the Department of Anesthesia Technologies' commitment at the College of Health Technologies and Medical, Al-Mustaqbal University, to strengthening practical education and preparing students with the scientific knowledge and professional competencies required for healthcare practice, the Department's students continue their Summer Training Program at Al-Salam Al-Ahli Hospital. The program follows a comprehensive training plan that integrates theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical experience, enabling students to become familiar with the latest protocols and practices in anesthesia and intensive care. The program includes daily monitoring of students' attendance and punctuality, in addition to continuous scientific guidance, practical instruction, and clinical supervision provided by Mr. Karrar Nader. These activities contribute to developing students' professional skills and enhancing their readiness to work effectively in healthcare institutions in line with the evolving demands of the labor market. The training program is also closely monitored by the Department's Summer Training Coordinators through regular field visits to training sites. These visits are conducted to evaluate the progress of the program, assess students' needs, and address any challenges they may encounter, ensuring that the educational and training objectives are successfully achieved.
