This initiative reflects the University's commitment to facilitating administrative procedures and providing high-quality services to its graduates. Graduates wishing to obtain a Graduation Confirmation Letter are requested to visit the Documents Division and bring two recent personal photographs to complete the required procedures. The University also noted that the Documents Division is open to graduates from Saturday to Wednesday during official working hours, and encouraged all eligible graduates to comply with the required procedures to ensure the prompt issuance of their confirmation letters.
