In line with the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to supporting practice-oriented education, faculty members of the Department of Business Administration continue conducting field supervisory visits to the summer training sites of the department's students. The visits are intended to monitor the progress of the training program and evaluate students’ commitment to attendance and the responsibilities assigned to them. The supervisory visits included meetings with representatives of the host institutions and the student trainees to discuss the nature of the work being undertaken, identify the key challenges they may encounter, and explore appropriate solutions to ensure that students gain the maximum benefit from their training experience. The Department of Business Administration remains committed to carrying out these regular field visits, recognizing their significant role in enhancing the quality of practical training, strengthening partnerships with labor market institutions, and preparing graduates equipped with the practical knowledge, managerial competencies, and professional skills required to succeed in today's dynamic workplace.
