Field Training for Fuel and Energy Technologies Engineering Students at the Oil Products Distribution Company – Diwaniyah

As part of the applied summer training program, students from the Department of Fuel and Energy Technologies Engineering at the College of Engineering Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, continue their field training at the Ministry of Oil / Oil Products Distribution Company – Middle Euphrates Distribution Authority / Diwaniyah Branch. The training aims to strengthen students’ practical skills and connect their academic knowledge with real-world applications in the vital oil sector. The training program included field activities that enabled students to gain practical insights into oil products distribution mechanisms, fuel quality testing procedures, occupational safety systems, and technical monitoring processes. This experience contributed to developing their professional skills and enhancing their understanding of engineering applications related to fuel and energy management. The program is aligned with the university’s commitment to preparing engineering graduates with both academic knowledge and practical expertise, enabling them to effectively meet labor market requirements. It also supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
