As part of the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to consolidating standards of quality and academic rigor and strengthening adherence to ministerial regulations and instructions governing evaluative examinations, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College, met with a number of members of the Ministerial Committee supervising the evaluative examinations. During the meeting, a number of issues related to the mechanisms for conducting the evaluative examinations were discussed, along with the academic and organizational procedures adopted by the college and its scientific departments to ensure the provision of the requirements necessary for the successful implementation of the examination process, in accordance with the instructions and standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The Dean emphasized that evaluative examinations represent an important tool for measuring students’ level of academic achievement, assessing educational outcomes, and enhancing the quality of academic programs. He also highlighted the importance of continuous cooperation and coordination between the college and the competent ministerial committees to ensure the accurate and unified application of standards. The meeting also reviewed the college's and scientific departments' preparations from academic, administrative, technical, and logistical perspectives, in addition to preparing examination halls and requirements and organizing the work of committees and teaching staff. These measures aim to provide an appropriate examination environment for students and ensure the smoothness and integrity of the procedures. The meeting further emphasized the importance of viewing evaluative examinations as part of an integrated quality assurance system. Their objectives are not limited to measuring students’ performance but also extend to evaluating the efficiency of the educational process, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and enhancing the level of academic outcomes. This meeting comes within the framework of the College of Administrative Sciences’ commitment to following up on quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements and consolidating a culture of continuous assessment.
