Academic Monitoring of the Final Ministerial Examinations at the College of Health and Medical Technologies

Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, Dean of the College of Engineering, conducted an inspection tour to review the progress of the final ministerial examinations at the college and monitor the regularity of the examination process in accordance with the approved instructions and regulations. The tour included visits to a number of examination halls to observe the conditions under which students were sitting for their examinations, as well as monitoring the organizational procedures implemented by the examination committees, teaching staff, and supporting personnel. The delegation also ensured that all necessary requirements were provided to guarantee the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations. The tour emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial instructions and examination regulations, as well as providing an appropriate environment for students to undertake their examinations in a calm and well-organized setting. Such measures contribute to enhancing the quality of the educational and examination processes at the college. This follow-up is part of the College of Health and Medical Technologies’ commitment to ensuring the smooth administration of the final ministerial examinations and strengthening the levels of organization and academic discipline, in alignment with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the approved academic quality standards.
