In a step aimed at strengthening postgraduate education and expanding international academic engagement, the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University is continuing its preparations to launch the Postgraduate Program in Business Administration, hosted by Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The initiative forms part of the university's strategy to provide high-quality academic programs that meet the aspirations of students and researchers while responding to the evolving needs of the labor market.
The preparations were reviewed during an expanded meeting chaired by Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, to assess the final requirements and readiness of the postgraduate programs hosted at the University and ensure their launch during the current academic year in accordance with approved academic and administrative frameworks.
The Business Administration Program at the College of Administrative Sciences received particular attention during the meeting due to the valuable academic opportunities it offers to those seeking to advance their managerial and research knowledge and skills. The program will also enable students to benefit from the academic expertise and curricula offered by Mansoura University while creating broader opportunities for scientific cooperation and the exchange of academic expertise between the two institutions.
The program represents a significant addition to the academic landscape of the College of Administrative Sciences. During the meeting, the university president emphasized the importance of completing all requirements necessary for launching the programs within the specified timelines. These include admission and registration procedures, issuing administrative orders for program coordinators, forming examination committees, providing logistical support, and completing all relevant academic and administrative procedures to ensure quality implementation and smooth operations.
The meeting also discussed other postgraduate programs hosted by Al-Mustaqbal University in cooperation with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Mansoura University, covering disciplines such as electronic systems engineering, clinical anatomy, public international law, administrative law, nursing, and dentistry. These programs form part of the university's broader plan to expand its international academic offerings and diversify opportunities available to students and researchers.
The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, along with the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, the Academic Supervisor, the deans of the relevant colleges, and a number of department directors and officials from the University Presidency. Discussions focused on implementation procedures and coordination mechanisms required to ensure the programs are launched within a comprehensive and well-integrated institutional framework.
