Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, conducted an inspection tour of several examination halls at the College of Science to follow up on the second-round examinations for the academic year 2025–2026 and to directly review the examination environment and the level of services and facilities provided to students. The tour included several examination halls belonging to the scientific departments of the College of Science. During the visit, the University President reviewed the procedures for organizing the examinations and the availability of the necessary requirements to provide an appropriate examination environment that enables students to complete their examinations smoothly and calmly. During the tour, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi listened to students’ views and impressions regarding the examination environment, the quality of the questions, and their coverage of the prescribed curricula. He emphasized the University Presidency’s commitment to implementing the approved ministerial instructions and regulations and ensuring the highest levels of transparency and fairness throughout the examination process. He also stressed the importance of providing all necessary logistical and technical requirements inside the examination halls and creating suitable conditions that help students maintain concentration and perform effectively. He further emphasized the need for continuous field follow-up by examination committees and teaching staff to ensure that the examinations proceed in accordance with the established plans. The University President commended the efforts of the College of Science Deanship, department heads, examination committees, teaching staff, and invigilators, appreciating their role in organizing the examination halls and adhering to the approved instructions and regulations. He also wished all College of Science students continued success and achievement in their academic and scientific journey. This inspection tour is part of the continuous follow-up undertaken by the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University to monitor the examination process. It reflects the University’s commitment to providing a high-quality academic and educational environment, supporting students throughout their studies, and maintaining standards consistent with quality assurance and academic accreditation in higher education.
