The Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, interviewed applicants seeking appointment at the College to review their academic qualifications and experience and assess their suitability for the needs of its academic departments. During the interviews, the applicants’ specializations and skills were discussed to help select qualified candidates who can support the educational process and enhance the College’s performance, in accordance with the university’s approved procedures. These interviews are part of the College’s efforts to strengthen its academic and administrative staff, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
