Assistant Lecturer Jaafar Hamed, Rapporteur of the Department of Biology, Holds a Meeting with Third-Year Students Assistant Lecturer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar, Rapporteur of the Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University, held a meeting today, Saturday, September 26, 2026, with third-year students in conjunction with the start of the new academic year 2026–2027. The meeting aimed to clarify the academic and organizational instructions governing the new academic year and promote students’ commitment to the approved regulations and guidelines. The meeting addressed the importance of regular attendance, attending lectures, and adhering to the approved timetable. Emphasis was also placed on avoiding absenteeism and consistently following lectures, given their importance in maximizing students’ academic benefit and ensuring steady progress throughout their studies. The meeting also included an explanation of several instructions related to the academic subjects, following course contents and requirements, organizing students into study groups, and clarifying the mechanisms for monitoring lectures and complying with the directives approved by the department. Third-year students actively participated in the meeting by raising questions and engaging in discussions concerning the new academic year, course subjects, and the organization of study groups. The relevant instructions were clarified and students’ questions were addressed, contributing to the establishment of an organized and clear academic environment. The meeting reflects the Department of Biology’s commitment to following up on students’ academic affairs, organizing the start of the new academic year, and strengthening direct communication with students to ensure the continuity of the educational process in accordance with approved academic procedures.
