Recognizing that academic excellence begins with effective administration and a well-structured institutional framework, the Deanship of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University, under the direction of the Dean of the College, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, held a meeting attended by departmental coordinators and administrative staff from the scientific departments, in the presence of the Director of Administration at the Deanship. The meeting addressed mechanisms for improving administrative operations, strengthening coordination between the Deanship and the scientific departments, and organizing and following up on official correspondence through clear procedures that contribute to faster completion of tasks and greater accuracy in performance, while fostering a culture of cooperation and institutional responsibility. This initiative is part of the College’s vision to improve the quality of administrative performance and strengthen institutional governance, in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), which promotes the development of effective, efficient, and accountable institutions.
