As part of its efforts to promote legal awareness and an understanding of professional responsibilities, the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific seminar entitled “The Legal Framework of the Engineering Profession,” presented by faculty member Noor Ali Shakir. The seminar highlighted the legal and ethical aspects of engineering practice, engineers’ rights and duties, and the importance of complying with legislation and professional regulations. The seminar forms part of the College’s efforts to enhance legal and professional awareness and prepare engineers who combine scientific competence with social responsibility, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
