When engineering meets medicine, new horizons for innovation emerge, transforming knowledge into practical applications that serve humanity. Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, students from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, accompanied by Engineer Mohammed Abdul-Kareem Razouqi, undertook a scientific visit to the Sixth International Health Exhibition and Conference (HEALTH EXPO IRAQ 2026), held at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds. The visit provided an opportunity to explore modern medical technologies and equipment, discover engineering innovations that contribute to advancing diagnostic and treatment systems, and engage with organizations and companies specializing in healthcare technology. This participation reflects the commitment of the College of Engineering’s Deanship to broadening students’ scientific horizons and strengthening the integration of academic study with practical field experience. It also aligns with the University’s commitment to supporting quality education and innovation and contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Good Health and Well-being, Quality Education, and Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
