The Department of Biochemistry at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, strengthened its efforts to welcome new students through the presence of its academic staff at the New Student Registration Department on Monday, 2 November 2026. This initiative aimed to assist with organizing registration procedures and providing support and guidance to students and their families throughout the application and admission process. This initiative reflects the Department’s commitment to direct communication with new students, introducing them to the Department, its academic specializations, and the nature of study, as well as explaining the academic pathway, courses, and theoretical and practical components of the Biochemistry program. The academic staff also addressed students’ and parents’ inquiries, providing information about the scientific and professional fields of the specialization, particularly laboratory analyses, clinical chemistry, and research and biological applications. This helped students gain a clearer understanding of their chosen field of study and its future prospects. This presence reflects the Department of Biochemistry’s commitment to supporting students from their very first steps in university life by offering guidance, advice, and assistance in overcoming any challenges they may encounter during registration and admission, alongside its academic and teaching responsibilities.
