With this spirit, the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed the families of its outstanding and creative students to the “Our Families, Our Pride” gathering, held under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi. In an atmosphere filled with pride and joy, the gathering showcased students’ achievements and creativity. Commemorative photographs captured moments shared by students, their families, and college staff, celebrating a journey of success shaped by students’ determination, family support, and the University’s guidance. The gathering also included a tour of the academic departments, engineering laboratories, nature reserve, and campus gardens. Families explored the environment in which their children’s ambitions grow and learned about the educational facilities and services supporting their academic journey. The event concluded with expressions of pride and appreciation from the families, reflecting the University’s role as a welcoming community that brings together knowledge, values, ambition, and a sense of belonging. This initiative reflects the College of Engineering’s commitment to strengthening community partnerships and supporting quality education, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
