A scientific activity was held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division, on Monday الموافق 13/04/2026 at the Energy Research Center at Al-Mustaqbal University. The Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering organized a presentation of the project by student Zeina Ahmed Hamid, which involved the development of an intelligent assistant on the Telegram platform to serve department students and academic staff interested in modern technologies.
The activity included a detailed explanation of how the intelligent assistant operates and the technologies used in its development. The project aims to facilitate students’ access to academic and administrative information by providing accurate answers, displaying class schedules, and organizing data in a fast and efficient manner, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the educational process and keeping pace with digital transformation in the university environment.
This activity also supports modern trends in digital transformation in education and aligns with the objectives of the National Action Plan for Women, Peace, and Security (2025–2030) by empowering female students in the technological field and strengthening their role in innovation and participation in building an advanced knowledge-based society.
The project contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) by improving the quality of education, and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by supporting innovation and employing artificial intelligence to serve the academic community.
This activity highlights the leading role of Al-Mustaqbal University among private universities in Iraq in supporting innovative student projects and empowering students—especially female students—to develop their technical skills in line with technological advancements and in support of sustainable development.
