The Media Department at the College of Arts and Humanities recorded a broad and distinguished participation in the "Sustainability March" initiative, which launched on Tuesday morning, April 14, 2026, as part of the 4th International Future Sustainability Week. The event was held in the presence of the University President, Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, with active participation from the department's faculty and students who led the march as "Sustainability Ambassadors." Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi praised the qualitative presence of the Media Department students, emphasizing that their role as future media professionals represents a fundamental pillar in leading change, spreading environmental awareness, and documenting initiatives that serve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
