Second-year students in the Department of Chemical Engineering carried out a distinctive student activity involving the design and preparation of a mirror featuring the department’s logo, as part of scientific and applied activities aimed at developing students’ creative skills and strengthening institutional belonging.
The activity was implemented under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Rusul Ahmed Hashem, where students participated in all stages of the work, starting from selecting the idea, through design and assembly, and ending with the final product that reflects the identity and symbolism of the department.
The activity aimed to encourage teamwork, enhance students’ practical design and implementation skills, and develop their artistic and creative abilities while linking theoretical knowledge with practical application within the university environment.
This initiative comes as part of the department’s efforts to support student activities that contribute to building students’ personalities, developing their capabilities, and fostering a spirit of cooperation and belonging within the department.
