The department organized a workshop titled “Your First Steps Toward Successful Employment,” under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Zaid Ghaith Mohammed, with the participation of a number of students, as part of awareness activities aimed at preparing students for the job market. The workshop addressed several important topics that help students prepare professionally after graduation, including how to write a professional CV, techniques for succeeding in job interviews, as well as developing communication skills and building a professional personality. It also focused on introducing students to the requirements of the modern labor market and the importance of developing technical and personal skills that enhance employment opportunities, along with providing practical advice on early career planning. The workshop witnessed active engagement from students through questions and discussions, which contributed to enhancing the scientific and practical benefit of the activity. This workshop comes as part of the department’s efforts to support students and develop their capabilities in line with the evolving needs and demands of the labor market.
