The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shakir Majdi, participated a high-level Iraqi ministerial delegation headed by Professor Haider Abd Dhahd in an academic visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, aiming to strengthen scientific cooperation and activate academic partnerships between the two countries.
The visit included meetings with leading institutions such as Al-Azhar University and Mansoura University, where discussions focused on developing joint postgraduate programs and enhancing academic exchange. The delegation also commended the successful joint Master’s program in Law between Al-Mustaqbal University and Mansoura University.
Additionally, the delegation held meetings at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Egypt to discuss mutual recognition mechanisms and academic twinning programs. They also visited the regional office of Elsevier to explore advanced scientific publishing technologies, as well as EnTalaq ICT Company at Mansoura University to review digital transformation initiatives.
Professor Hassan Shakir Majdi emphasized that this participation reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to international openness and the adoption of global quality standards, contributing to the advancement of its educational and research environment and strengthening its presence in the global academic community.
