Participated the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, on April 22, 2026, as part of a high-level ministerial delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Research Affairs, Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahd, in an extensive academic tour in the Arab Republic of Egypt, aiming to strengthen frameworks of joint academic cooperation and activate scientific partnerships between the two brotherly countries. The visit included important meetings with Al-Azhar University to discuss ways of integration in scientific and research fields and exchange academic expertise, in addition to following up on joint postgraduate programs with Mansoura University, which resulted in a successful experience in the Master’s degree in Law. It also included expanded meetings at the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to discuss mechanisms for mutual recognition and twin scientific programs. The tour also included a visit to the regional office of Elsevier to explore the latest scientific publishing technologies using artificial intelligence, as well as a visit to EnTlaq Company at Mansoura University, where its achievements in digital transformation and technological infrastructure development were reviewed. This visit comes within the framework of supporting the development of higher education, enhancing the quality of scientific research, and achieving Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). Al-Mustaqbal University, the top private university in Iraq, seeks to expand international cooperation and adopt global standards in education and scientific research. This step aims to increase academic exchange opportunities, overcome challenges facing researchers, and elevate educational institutions to improve their global rankings and strengthen their presence in international forums.
