As part of the ongoing preparations for the final examinations, the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems announces the release of the seating charts for third-year students for the current academic year, located in the Humanities Building – fourth floor. This announcement comes within a series of organizational procedures adopted by the department to ensure the smooth conduct of final examinations and to provide an appropriate exam environment that enhances discipline and adherence to the approved examination instructions. The Examination Unit in the department stated that the seating charts have been carefully prepared to ensure the organized distribution of students inside the examination halls, while taking into consideration organizational aspects that facilitate student movement and reduce overcrowding, thereby ensuring a calm and stable examination atmosphere. The department calls upon all third-year students to review the seating charts and confirm their assigned examination locations, and to arrive at the designated halls well before the exam time, while fully adhering to the examination instructions issued by the college deanship and examination committees. The department reaffirms its continuous commitment to supporting the educational and examination process in a way that ensures high-quality academic organization and reflects seriousness and discipline in performing examinations.
