On Saturday, May 2, 2026, the Department of Chemical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a distinguished humanitarian initiative on the university campus in Babil Governorate. The initiative involved equipping Imam Al-Hasan Mosque (peace be upon him) with a number of essential supplies in support of the spiritual atmosphere and in service to the university’s students and staff. This initiative stemmed from the department’s commitment to promoting the values of giving, solidarity, and volunteer work among students, in addition to caring for houses of worship and providing a suitable environment for performing religious rituals and prayers within the university. The initiative included supplying several essential items for the mosque, contributing to the comfort and organization of worshippers and visitors.
