Al-Mustaqbal University emphasizes the necessity for all dear students to adhere to the final examination instructions in order to ensure an organized and secure examination environment that guarantees fairness and smooth conduct of the examinations. The university wishes all students success and excellence in their academic journey. Students must carry the new ID badge and identification card and place them on the examination booklet inside the examination hall. Mobile phones of all types and electronic watches are strictly prohibited inside the examination halls. Students must sit in their designated seats according to the maps announced by the department before the examination day, and transferring to another hall is not permitted. Talking inside the examination hall is prohibited. Bringing books, notebooks, or any papers related to the subject into the examination hall is not allowed. Tearing any page from the examination booklet is prohibited. Students must maintain a high level of discipline inside the examination halls. Writing on the examination question paper is strictly prohibited. Answers must be written only with blue or black ink pens. Wearing military uniforms during examinations is prohibited. Postponement of examinations is not permitted except according to official examination regulations and instructions. Students must bring all required examination materials, and borrowing items inside the examination hall is prohibited. If cheating or an attempt to cheat is proven, the student will be considered failed in all subjects for that academic year, and repeated violations will result in dismissal from the college and removal from its records. Students must fully pay the tuition fees for the academic year 2025–2026 in order to obtain the new badge designated for entry into examination halls. Students should maintain the cleanliness of the answer sheet (Bubble Sheet) and avoid errors. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
