The national assessment team concluded its field visit to the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University as part of the academic accreditation and institutional evaluation process. The visit encompassed several academic, administrative, and field-related aspects of the college and its educational programs.
The visit included a meeting with the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Munther Fadhil Hassan, and a review of the Human Resources Department and its operational mechanisms, particularly those related to the teaching, technical, and administrative staff of the College of Health and Medical Technologies. This reflected the level of administrative organization and institutional support for the educational process.
The assessment team also conducted field visits to several healthcare institutions, including Marjan Teaching Hospital, where they were received by Dr. Fadhil Al-Sultani, the hospital's director. The team observed the workplaces of graduates from the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University and their contributions to providing healthcare services. The visit also included Babylon Private Hospital to review the practical and training opportunities available to the college's graduates.
The visit concluded with a meeting with the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, during which they discussed academic and student affairs, as well as mechanisms for developing academic programs and enhancing the educational environment in accordance with quality standards and academic accreditation.
At the end of the visit, the Dean of the College, Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayem, commended the efforts of the National Council and the national evaluation team, expressing her gratitude for their valuable observations and sound scientific guidance. She noted that this guidance represents significant support for the ongoing development and improvement process, contributing to strengthening quality standards and academic accreditation, and raising the level of educational programs to benefit students, academic institutions, and the community alike. She also expressed her sincere wishes for their continued success in fulfilling their scientific and national mission.
