She explains how this consciousness was manifested in ancient "Lyric Theatre," which embodied philosophy and politics through the fusion of word and melody.  The article also highlights the transition to English literature, noting that prominent writers like Shakespeare and Milton reproduced ancient lyrical art within their dramatic texts by utilizing the "internal music" of the literary text. They employed poetic meters to compensate for the absence of musical instruments. Ms. Aya concludes that art does not die but evolves, serving as the silken thread that binds past civilizations to the literatures of the present.
