The Women’s Affairs Unit in the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, held a scientific workshop titled “Time Management and Study Organization” on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the Human Building hall, with the participation of a number of department students. The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Najat Hameed Jasim, Programmer Aya Jamal Haidi, and Programmer Huda Khudair Hani. It addressed several key topics, focusing on the importance of time management as one of the essential factors for academic success, as well as introducing modern methods of organizing study schedules, prioritizing tasks, and overcoming academic procrastination. The workshop also included a set of practical guidelines and applications that help students effectively manage their time, achieve a balance between academic study and daily activities, and enhance overall academic performance while reducing study-related stress. The event witnessed positive interaction from students, who expressed their benefit from the information and advice provided, emphasizing the importance of organizing such awareness activities that contribute to developing their academic and personal skills. This workshop is part of a series of scientific and awareness activities organized by the Women’s Affairs Unit in the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems, aimed at supporting students and enhancing their scientific and life skills in line with a modern academic environment. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
