Al-Mustaqbal University Enhances International Partnerships by Signing a MoU with the University of Nottingham

Al-Mustaqbal University has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a joint research cooperation agreement with the School of Pharmacy at the prestigious University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. The agreement followed an official high-level visit by the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdy, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Dhalimy, and the Cultural Counselor in the United Kingdom, Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmady. The delegation held extensive meetings with academic leaders and officials at Nottingham University to discuss activating strategic partnerships, developing twinning programs, dual degrees, and joint research initiatives.This partnership holds exceptional significance given the global stature of both institutions. The School of Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham ranks 1st in the UK and 8th worldwide, maintaining a strong strategic alliance with the global pharmaceutical giant (Boots). Concurrently, the College of Pharmacy at Al-Mustaqbal University stands as a regional leader, having achieved a milestone by obtaining the American Accreditation for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), reflecting the alignment of its curricula and infrastructure with top international standards.The newly signed MoU aims to build strong bridges for academic and scientific collaboration, facilitate faculty and researcher exchanges, and open new horizons for undergraduate and postgraduate students in pharmaceutical sciences and biotechnology, ultimately preparing graduates to excel in the international labor market
