The Department of Design at the College of Fine Arts, Al-Mustaqbal University, conducted field follow-up visits to monitor the progress of final examinations and the work of examination committees, as part of its efforts to provide a supportive academic environment and ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process. During the visits, the department administration reviewed examination procedures, marking and auditing mechanisms, and examined question samples to ensure their alignment with course content, learning outcomes, and approved academic standards. The follow-up also included reviewing students’ attendance records, identifying their needs within examination halls, and ensuring the availability of all necessary facilities and services that contribute to a well-organized and fair examination environment. The Department of Design affirmed its commitment to continuous monitoring throughout the examination period to maintain academic quality, support students, and uphold the standards of excellence that distinguish the department and the university.
