The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has appointed Professor Dr. Akram Faraj Al-Rubaie, Head of the Department of Media at the College of Arts and Humanities, Al-Mustaqbal University, as a member of the Committee of Experts and Consultants for Colleges and Departments of Media at Iraqi universities. This appointment represents a new academic achievement that adds to the university’s distinguished record of nationally recognized academic expertise. This high-level specialized committee is responsible for developing and formulating program-specific learning outcomes that align directly with the requirements of the contemporary labor market. It also plays a pivotal role in reviewing and developing academic programs and curricula for all media disciplines across Iraqi public and private universities, with the aim of enhancing students’ professional competencies.
