Al-Mustaqbal University and the University of Baghdad have signed a Scientific and Cultural Cooperation Agreement aimed at strengthening academic collaboration and supporting the advancement of higher education in Iraq. The agreement was concluded during the Academic Bridge Initiative Forum. The partnership covers digital transformation, artificial intelligence, modern educational technologies, joint applied research, publication in internationally indexed journals, and specialized training programs for faculty members, administrative staff, and students. In addition, the agreement promotes the exchange of expertise, coordination of academic programs, and the launch of joint knowledge initiatives that support educational quality and innovation. The collaboration represents a long-term strategic partnership designed to foster academic excellence, scientific innovation, and sustainable development across Iraq's higher education sector.
