The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, has been selected as a keynote speaker at the Times Higher Education Arab Universities Summit 2026 (THE Arab Universities Summit), which will be held in the Kingdom of Morocco, in the city of Ben Guerir, from November 3 to 5, 2026. This prestigious international summit is organized by Times Higher Education (THE) in partnership with Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), under the theme: “Collaboration and Progress: Advancing Excellence Across Arab Higher Education.” The selection of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi as a keynote speaker at this distinguished regional and international event represents academic recognition of the remarkable advancement and prestigious position achieved by Al-Mustaqbal University in global rankings, as well as the university’s leading role in sustainability, digital transformation, and the development of scientific and technological research. The President of the University will join an elite group of higher education leaders, university presidents, and international experts (including Dr. Rima Matar, Vice President of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik) to discuss strategies for enhancing the quality of education, strengthening cross-border academic partnerships, and addressing the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to ensure the global leadership of Arab higher education institutions.
