Al-Mustaqbal University and Iraqi Academics Syndicate in Babylon Strengthen Academic and Professional Cooperation

Al-Mustaqbal University hosted a meeting between the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Babylon Branch, in the presence of members of the University Council. The meeting focused on exploring areas of joint work and expanding cooperation in ways that support academic professionals and competencies in the governorate. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Khafaji extended his congratulations to the University President and the University Council on the occasion of Al-Mustaqbal University receiving an Erasmus+ grant, praising the university’s achievements in scientific and academic fields and its growing presence in international educational forums. The discussions addressed several practical initiatives to strengthen communication between the two sides, including establishing representatives of the Syndicate within the university’s colleges and departments, cooperating in announcing employment opportunities for holders of higher degrees, and creating continuous channels for coordination and information exchange that serve academic and teaching staff. The meeting is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s approach to building effective relationships with professional and academic institutions, supporting academic competencies, benefiting from their expertise, and creating a more open environment for professional development and cooperation.
