As part of the ongoing monitoring of the educational and examination process, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs conducted an inspection visit to the Examination Committee in the Department of Dental Technology to review the workflow and procedures followed in organizing and managing examinations. The visit included reviewing the work of the Examination Committee, the procedures for organizing grades and examination documents, and ensuring that procedures were being followed in accordance with approved academic regulations and guidelines, thus guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in completing the tasks assigned to the committee. During the visit, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs emphasized the importance of adhering to examination regulations, ensuring accuracy in verifying data and grades, and maintaining a smooth workflow, all of which contribute to enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance within the department. This visit reflects the department's and college's commitment to the continuous monitoring of examination committee work and ensuring the quality of academic procedures, thereby strengthening the academic rigor and administrative organization of the examination process.
