The Medical Physics Department at Almustaqbal University, represented by its Head, Prof. Dr. Anis Ali, participated in the expanded meeting held by the Faculty of Science on Tuesday, August 26, 2026, at the Faculty Deanship. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, heads and rapporteurs of the scientific departments, and SIS system officials. The meeting focused on discussing the final procedures related to the Student Information System (SIS), including mechanisms for reviewing and updating student data, as well as following up on the academic and administrative requirements associated with the system. These measures aim to ensure data accuracy and facilitate smooth procedures for both students and teaching staff. The meeting also addressed the necessary preparations for the second-round examinations, including the organizational and academic requirements needed to ensure that the examinations are conducted smoothly and in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions, while providing an appropriate environment for students and supporting the quality of the examination process. The meeting featured an exchange of views and proposals among the Faculty Deanship, heads and rapporteurs of the scientific departments, and SIS officials, with the aim of addressing technical and organizational requirements, resolving any outstanding issues, and strengthening coordination and cooperation among the relevant parties. The participants emphasized the importance of continuous follow-up and early preparation for academic and examination requirements, as well as the need to strengthen cooperation between the scientific departments and SIS officials to enhance academic and administrative performance. The participation of the Medical Physics Department reflects its commitment to following up on academic and administrative procedures and contributing to the organization and development of academic work in a way that supports students and enhances the quality of the educational process at Almustaqbal University.
