Al-Mustaqbal University, through the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, organized a specialized workshop on the procedures and mechanisms for evaluating the performance of university staff for the 2025–2026 academic year, in accordance with the updated ministerial forms. The workshop aimed to enhance performance quality and reinforce the principles of fairness and transparency in the evaluation process.
The workshop addressed the latest instructions and regulations governing university performance evaluation, in addition to reviewing the practical procedures for implementing the updated ministerial forms. These measures contribute to standardizing work procedures, improving the accuracy of evaluations, and strengthening a culture of continuous development and improvement within the university environment.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, and Ms. Zainab Latif Wahab, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division. They provided a detailed explanation of the evaluation criteria, updated instructions, and implementation mechanisms, as well as responding to participants’ questions and observations.
The workshop was attended by a number of department heads, quality assurance officers from colleges and departments, and other relevant personnel. The participants’ engagement reflected the University’s commitment to unifying perspectives and procedures and strengthening an institutional system based on quality, excellence, and sustainable improvement.
The workshop is part of Al-Mustaqbal’s ongoing efforts to develop human capital and enhance institutional performance, supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, while advancing the University’s commitment to academic leadership and excellence.
