College of Education Deanship Conducts Inspection Tour of Administrative Units

Based on the directives of the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, and as part of the College's commitment to monitoring administrative work and enhancing institutional performance, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Hussein Munir Al-Shammari, conducted an inspection tour of the department. During the tour, he reviewed the workflow of the administrative units and followed up on the procedures adopted in carrying out their assigned duties and responsibilities. The visit included monitoring administrative work mechanisms and identifying the main needs and requirements that could support the administrative units and enhance the efficiency of their performance. The Assistant Dean also emphasized the importance of adhering to the applicable administrative instructions and regulations, as well as ensuring the accurate and smooth completion of transactions related to students, visitors, and staff members. During the tour, Mr. Al-Shammari stressed the importance of continuing to work in a spirit of teamwork and strengthening coordination among the administrative units, which would contribute to providing the best possible administrative services and achieving the desired objectives. He also praised the efforts made by the administrative staff in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This tour comes as part of a series of ongoing field follow-ups conducted by the College administration, aimed at developing administrative performance and improving the quality of services provided, in line with the directives of the University Presidency and the College Deanship.
