Following the directives of the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Radwan Salman, and in an effort to enhance field monitoring and improve administrative and institutional performance, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Hussein Munir Al-Shammari, conducted an inspection tour of the department's administrative units. The purpose of the tour was to review the workflow and monitor the mechanisms for completing assigned tasks and duties. The tour included assessing the current state of administrative operations, reviewing the procedures followed in processing transactions for students, visitors, and staff, and identifying key needs and requirements that contribute to supporting the administrative units and improving performance efficiency. Emphasis was placed on adhering to applicable regulations and procedures, as well as ensuring accuracy and speed in processing transactions. The Assistant Dean stressed the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation among the administrative units and working as a unified team to ensure the smooth flow of procedures and the provision of effective administrative services. He commended the efforts of the administrative staff in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. This tour is part of the college deanship's ongoing field monitoring program, aimed at developing administrative performance and improving the quality of services provided, in line with the directives of the University of the AL_Mustaqbal president and the College of Education's deanship to establish standards of efficiency and institutional excellence.
