Msc. Sakina Talib Khairallah a faculty member in the Department of Medical Physics, College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the proceedings of the "2nd Annual International Scientific Conference." The conference was held under the theme (From Human Authenticity to the Horizons of Innovation and Scientific Modernity) at Ibn Khaldun University College in Baghdad from August 23 to 24, 2026. The researcher's participation involved presenting a peer-reviewed scientific research paper titled: "Parliamentary Immunity in the Iraqi Constitution of 2005" The research paper was delivered during the scientific sessions of the conference, actively contributing to enriching its academic themes and objectives. It received praise from the organizers of the scientific event for the valuable insights and content it presented. This participation aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University's ongoing efforts to support scientific and research activities, as well as to strengthen academic collaboration with various local and international universities and institutions.
