As part of the University’s ongoing efforts to keep pace with global technological developments and advance digital transformation, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, paid an official visit to the GITEX AI Türkiye 2026 Exhibition and Conference, held in Istanbul from September 9 to 10, 2026, on his return from his academic tour of Europe. The visit aimed to explore the latest advancements in modern technologies, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and educational technology, as well as to examine ways of utilizing these technologies to develop the University’s educational and research environment. On the sidelines of the exhibition, the University President met with representatives of leading global and Turkish technology companies, as well as technology and innovation centers, including Teknopark Ankara and Antalya Teknokent. The meetings focused on prospects for joint cooperation, knowledge exchange, and the adoption of smart technologies to support academic curricula and scientific laboratories, thereby reinforcing Al-Mustaqbal University’s position as a leading academic institution in technology and innovation at the national and regional levels.
