The Council of the Department of Biochemistry at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, held a meeting to discuss the SIS program as part of the department’s ongoing efforts to follow up on academic and administrative procedures and the mechanisms adopted for using the system. The meeting addressed several topics related to the use of the SIS program, including the management and follow-up of academic and administrative data concerning students and teaching staff. The members also discussed mechanisms for entering and updating information accurately and systematically to facilitate procedures and improve the organization of work within the department. The meeting also reviewed key observations related to the program and emphasized the importance of cooperation among department members to ensure smooth workflow and make effective use of the electronic system in completing academic and administrative tasks in accordance with the approved procedures. This meeting reflects the Department of Biochemistry’s commitment to developing work mechanisms, strengthening digital transformation, and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance in line with the university’s adoption of modern electronic systems.
