The President of Al Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, received the Head of the Academics Syndicate in Babil Governorate, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, at the university premises. The meeting addressed ways to strengthen cooperation and communication between the university and the syndicate, as well as support academic and professional activities in the governorate. For his part, the Head of the Academics Syndicate in Babil expressed his thanks and appreciation for the warm reception, commending the level of cooperation and openness demonstrated by Al Mustaqbal University toward the syndicate. He also highlighted several practical steps achieved during the previous period, including the opening of an office for the Academics Syndicate within the university and providing employment opportunities for university affiliates through the syndicate’s platform. The two sides also discussed prospects for expanding cooperation during the coming period and strengthening communication channels in a manner that serves academics and supports activities and events related to academic and professional affairs. As part of the university’s support for syndicate activities, the President of Al Mustaqbal University approved hosting the Academics Syndicate Conference, represented by the Central Meeting of the Academics Syndicate, at the university next week, reflecting the continued cooperation between the two sides.
