The Head of the Cybersecurity Technology Engineering Department, Dr. **Rami Qais**, in the presence of the Department Rapporteur, Dr. **Ahmed Hassan**, held a meeting with the class representatives to discuss a number of matters related to students and follow up on their academic and administrative needs. The meeting addressed the **students’ academic situation and attendance**, in addition to listening to the key observations and suggestions raised by the class representatives. The challenges that students may face were also discussed, along with appropriate solutions to help provide a suitable educational environment. The meeting also emphasized the importance of **strengthening continuous communication between students and the Department Administration**, as well as the need to communicate their needs and suggestions in an organized manner and follow up on their academic affairs to ensure the smooth progress of the educational process. The Head of the Department stressed the importance of cooperation between the class representatives, the Department Administration, and the teaching staff, as well as adherence to university regulations and instructions, contributing to effective organization and enhancing students’ academic performance.
