The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University discussed, during a meeting held by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, with the heads of the scientific departments, mechanisms for updating and developing academic curricula in line with labor market requirements and the scientific and technological developments across various specializations. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Younis Abdul Ridha Al-Khafaji, Head of the Industrial College Technologies Department, along with the heads of the scientific departments. The discussions addressed study plans, academic courses, course units, and instructional hours, as well as reviewing their alignment with the requirements of the specializations and labor market needs. The meeting also addressed key observations and proposals related to developing the scientific content of the curricula, contributing to enhancing the quality of the educational process, improving the efficiency of academic outcomes, and developing students’ scientific and practical skills in ways that strengthen their readiness to enter the workforce after graduation. This initiative reflects the College of Health and Medical Technologies’ commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to continuously developing its academic programs and enhancing their alignment with scientific advancements and labor market requirements, thereby supporting the quality of education and contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4: Quality Education.
