On the morning of Sunday, September 27, 2026, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi—accompanied by the Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi—conducted a field visit to the New Student Registration Department. The visit aimed to oversee the application and reception processes for students wishing to enroll in the university’s colleges and departments for the 2026–2027 academic year. During the tour, the University President reviewed student reception mechanisms and application procedures. He directed staff to ensure the provision of excellent services and to simplify procedures for students and their families. He also emphasized the importance of providing necessary information and guidance to ensure a smooth application process with clear, transparent steps. The New Student Registration Department continues to provide guidance services to prospective students applying via the Ministry’s "Qaddim" (Apply) platform. Staff assist students in completing electronic applications, introduce them to available colleges, departments, and specializations, and explain the nature of studies, academic pathways, and labor market opportunities associated with various fields. The University President commended the efforts of the department's staff, stressing the importance of maintaining a unified team spirit and enhancing the support and guidance provided to students and their families.
