As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's efforts to develop its digital environment and enhance the quality of content published through its electronic platforms, the College of Health and Medical Technologies held a meeting to review the status of the academic departments' websites and discuss mechanisms for updating and improving their academic and scientific content. The meeting was chaired by the College's Website Officer, Assistant Lecturer Shams Abbas Hassoun, and attended by the designated website coordinators of the academic departments. Held in the College's Operations Room, the meeting addressed several key areas related to website development and ensuring the continuous and systematic updating of their content. The meeting included a review of the completion of website requirements, the updating of photo and video galleries, and the documentation of scientific, academic, and student activities and events. These efforts aim to present the departments' achievements in a clear and comprehensive manner while strengthening their digital presence. The participants also discussed mechanisms for publishing, organizing, and electronically archiving students' graduation projects, in addition to enhancing scientific content through the publication of academic and educational articles and scholarly contributions prepared by academic staff. This would contribute to enriching the scientific knowledge available through the official websites and highlighting the departments' research activities. The meeting also reviewed challenges associated with updating the websites and providing them with scientific materials. The participants emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts and stronger communication among website coordinators, department heads, and academic staff to ensure a continuous flow of updated content in accordance with digital work requirements. The College emphasized the importance of conducting regular follow-up of the departments' websites and continuously documenting their scientific and student activities and achievements. Such efforts contribute to developing comprehensive digital content that reflects the academic standards of the College and its departments while supporting communication with students, researchers, and the academic community.
